I. Configuration
Especially designed for label printing, this high-precision DHF20420-6 flexo printing machine includes a self-adhesive label die cutting unit, a self-adhesive label delamination and relamination unit, a removable turn bar, a cold foil unit, a waste removal unit in addition to the basic printing configurations. Additionally, screen printing unit, gravure printing unit are also selectable for combined printing using this machine.

III. Main features
1. 27’’ chilling impression cylinder ensures cooling of printing materials and stable printing pressure. Plate cylinder is supported and fastened by especially designed double cams to realize stable 175 LPI high-register printing.
2. Six printing cylinders can be changed within one minute, and the printing pressure basically requires no adjustment after that.
3. Open-ended ink-anilox system to enable fast change of anilox roller, metering roller as well as ink fountain box.
4. Especially designed doctor blade to automatically regulate pressure without human interference.
5. Super-short paper path design reduces production cost.
6. Double servo motor-driving printing machine achieves pre-register function under machine stop state, which improves productivity and reduces material waste of register commissioning.
7. Self-adhesive label die cutting unit with cutting cylinder and anvil has A, B double cutting cylinders, and cylinder B prepares well during operation of cylinder A, which can be easily operated and reduce time.
