Rolaprint company mainly produce tea labels, food labels and film products. They asked Dr. Meng and our engineers’ suggestion for his products printing methods and tried to get a high quality and high efficiency machine. For Donghang, we must meet their requirements. After half day’s discussing and showing on our engineers’ computer by simulation, we decided to design and manufacture one flexo printing machine with as many functions as possible. Finally, they agreed and accept our proposal for them.
In 2012, Rolaprint Company signed contract with Donghang after long negotiation. In 2013, we installed our 520 width single servo motor drives flexo printing machine with two die cuts, cold foil, slitting, de- and relamination, corona treatment, turn bar and UV drying in his country. Until now, we do not get any feedback on machine’s breakdown or other problems.
