This customer really surprised Donghang, we believe our service and sales net-work in Europe works.
Mr. Gruber (sorry for not mentioning the company name due to some certain reasons) bought our DH420-6 dual servo motor drives flexo printing machine with one die cut station without visiting our company, or even no checking of our printing machine. However, Mr. Gruber knew our flexo printing machine very well. Donghang took part in Drupa exhibition in 2008 and 2012, which hit European market. From 2012 after Drupa exhibition, customers from Europe and Africa know among numerous printing machine manufacturers, there is one company in China manufacturing such good quality printing machines whose price worth its value.
Mr. Gruber’s factory mainly produces tire labels. He bought our 420-6 dual servo motor drives flexo printing machine with die cut station for that. Donghang did same as on Croatia customer and designed a special plate fixing system for him to avoid ink splashing and fast changing by pneumatic cone shaft together with a special ink feeding system, which satisfied him and met his requirements.
In 2013, we installed the flexo printing machine in Germany, Mr. Gruber’s factory.
